Step 1: Report A Problem

Your members report a problem by scanning a QR Code with their smart device. They have the option to attach an image and submit a description of the issue.

Step 2: Alerted About Problem

You and your staff are notified via text message and email about the issue. A task is created for you on our web dashboard to help keep track of the status of the problem and repair. While the piece of equipment has an open task, incoming reports for the same piece will be counted instead of creating additional tasks.

Step 3: Problem Solved

You and your staff mark the task as completed. Our software will begin accepting reports again and will log any future issues as a separate report.
